Notably, his holdings include substantial spodumene resources in Western Australia, among the world’s richest. He is dedicated to expanding his business into downstream lithium refining and battery manufacturing and energy storage, aiming to establish a diversified global supply chain, all underpinned by Austroid’s USA foundation.
Michael Ji with over 25 years of experience in production management and international mining resource development, Michael has held senior executive roles with multinational mining companies across Australia, China and Mongolia.
Specializing in gold, lithium, and non-ferrous metal mining and processing, Michael is known for his strategic vision and effective leadership. He has a strong track record of achieving corporate growth by providing strategic guidance, fostering diverse perspectives, and cultivating a positive work environment. His previous roles include serving as Director and Deputy/Chief Executive Officer of Minjar Gold Pty Ltd for more than a decade.
Mike Sperinck is a mining professional and geologist with over 30 years of experience in the mining industry. As the founder and Managing Director of Luiri Gold, he led the company in identifying a resource of over 800,000 ounces of gold, with the company eventually listing on both the TSX-V in 2006 and the ASX in 2009.
His career also includes consulting as a resource geologist with RSG Global, where he conducted resource estimates, bankable due diligence studies, and technical audits on a global scale. Previously, he was part of the executive team at Randgold Resources, where he played a pivotal role in advancing the Morila project from discovery to a major gold operation producing over five million ounces within four years.
