About the Opportunity
As a direct result of new Crushing and mining projects won by the MinRes Mining Services division the MinRes Asset Management Group has an immediate requirement for experienced and motivated Mobile Maintenance Supervisors to join the respective project teams! This will be fulltime permanent position working 2:1 Roster alongside tier 1 client teams and reporting directly to the Mobile Maintenance Superintendents and play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our assets by developing and executing maintenance plans that maximise equipment availability, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead a positive and engaged safety culture; ensure full compliance with statutory regulations and safety requirements in all maintenance activities.
- Develop and administer maintenance plans using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for improved efficiency
- Plan and coordinate weekly and daily mobile maintenance activities, addressing technical and logistical challenges to maintain smooth operations
- Provide leadership and support to the team, ensuring work is delivered according to project schedules and within budget
- Monitor and evaluate the skills and performance of workers, providing necessary training, mentoring, and coaching
What is required
- Relevant trade qualification & 3+ years working as a Supervisor in Mobile Maintenance Environment
- Hold a Section 26 or willing to obtain
- Significant demonstrated leadership which supports a high-performance culture
- High degree of computer literacy including the use of Microsoft Excel and Maintenance specific CRMs
- A strong commitment to continuous improvement and safety culture
